I recently came across a cancer screening service that looked modern, convenient, and offered a simple fee structure. For the life of me, I can't find it anymore. Anyone have a good rec here?

I’ve seen studies that show that cancer screenings is actually net negative to society, with MRI you will always find “something” even though you are perfectly healthy. Usually it leads to a process of checking out several “anomalies” that turns out to be nothing. This process is not good for anxiety etc.

Yes, this is the reason the USPSTF has screening guidelines, which is based on data from numerous different types of cancer screening. Most likely you will find a benign abnormality such as an adrenal nodule or liver cyst, subsequently undergo further imaging, procedures, consulted, ultimately reaffirming benignity
