Locations in casts 

A new proposal from @christopher to geolocation to casts using Geo URIs in embeds

This is a great idea - we should standardize on the format so it works across clients.

we are proposing adding locations to casts! the rough idea is to adopt IETF RFC 5870 and validate a geo uri for an embed slot.

things you could do:
- post a cast for an event in your city
- check into locations
- tag locations you're excited to visit/have visited
- group places casts by location
