There is no such thing as hard work in tech. There is only deep work. Do deep work early and you will exhaust yourself in ways hard work never would.

Deep work compounds and compounds and compounds.. Left, right, up, down. Every day gets easier to communicate. People learn from you and tell others your story.

Everyone has an idea of hard work, I mean. It’s a mirage. 

But deep work is like exploring the bottom of an ocean. Panic can set in. You are forced to slowly come back to surface for your own safety.
