Onboarding onto your own app is emotional violence.

You go through the signup flow and every stage is like 50 hours of more work.

And then you complete all those stages and you’ll still think the flow won’t be good enough.

All the pieces will be there.

“Oh we can just use this data lever.”

“Oh we can just skip this part.”

“Oh we can do what X and Y company did.”

And still not enough.
