People lose Passkeys. I was super optimistic when they shipped a few years ago. But has been a disaster imo for the failure cases.

I’ve been thinking of a few product options to iterate off of. Social recovery, hardware keys, AI customer support for transfers.

Not enough time to harden the existing onboarding flow though 😔
