If my friend is having issues making an account on Warpcast, can I make an account on their behalf and share the private key?

Is the downside that they can never change the private key so I’ll always have access to their account?

I’ve been trying to help my old school crypto native friend get on fc 

but we have been stuck with this onboarding flow 

I paid for his invite and we encounter fatal errors:

In app: failed to purchase. Please try again

In browser: the claim button isn’t clickable even testing diff email addresses

It’s this same friend (I’ve also pinged @v about this)

The catch is that he’s /europoooooor and /android and his App Store country doesn’t match where he currently resides bc he’s a digital nomad (and apparently you cannot change the App Store country for an entire year once u switch it once on /android !? Crazy)

He made a farquest account but as you know that is not the same ecosystem as here

They could do a recovery, but sounds messy. What kind of issues are they having?

They would just have to do account Recovery, and use the web app till 
They get the Recovery approved

Hi christin so I think he can just try to be using the web account. So you can make the account he'll access it then change the recovery key then have access to both mobile and web 

Is that understanding

I think you can create an account and then share the recovery phrase with them
They can always change the recovery phrase so you don’t always get to have access to it

you can so long as yo share their private keys with them and delete them for you
