So I made 3 variations: 1) apple butter - a bit cumbersome to make, since you have to continuously stir the pot for ~1 hour. But very good on toast, so worth it! 2) Jam with small pieces - would recommend this recipe: https://practicalselfreliance.com/apple-jam/ 3) Jam with bigger pieces - turned out too mushy 😔
