the /powermonday channel is the Underground Railroad, the hosts are Harriet Tubman, and each week we get Dred Scott and Harriet Scott candidates to appeal for society to grant everyone equal treatment. "No Freedom of Reach" is freshman-dorm-room philosophy giving cover for appalling treatment of human beings

I do agree, as I wrote my substack on farcaster yesterday, I did worry that what I presented as a "scenius" will not apply to those who are new to the community; as I look back upon my luck and support of friends like you, I fear that it is not replicable by those who are new. @adrienne what do you think?

“Appalling treatment of human beings” seems a bit dramatic Its definitely much much harder to break in right now but I think its bc we are bringing expectations of mature platforms (TikTok, IG etc) here and there’s still a ton to be built here…

What's even worse, as the newcomers try to build a presence and post material that however gets ignored because nobody sees it they drop further and further in the rankings of the algorithm, which only registers that the account posts "stuff nobody cares about".

and a thing that makes it all trickyer is that if there only a few PB holders, WC is is putting a lot on their shoulders ex:the /base-builds weekly rounds. You must get likes from "eligible users" to qualify, as Base does not have a token one can assume PB status must be what counts one as eligible(cont)
