longevity

i went too ham in our apartment gym's ifit bike machine yesterday (it has this virtual biking tour thing built in where the trainer rides in front of you and tells you motivational stories while pop music blares)

was totally fine until i went to that /longevity event last night

then my knees SCREAMED

after i got home i took a long hot bath and stuck on a bunch of salon pas, took a couple of ibuprofens and went to bed

helped a lot but geez turns out my lil' knee muscles were not trained for a 30 min bike ride

i'll re-try the bike machine in a few days to see if it was a one-time-get-used-to-it thing
