i work out using thrill of the fight in the basement.   I landed a really powerful punch (or so i think 😂) on one of the structural steel poles down there.    

looked down and there was blood dripping all over the ground, so i lost that fight!  I moved the safe boundary far away from the pole after that.

i like the much-improved pass-thru so i can punch in mixed reality mode to reduce risk of accidents

the downside is there aren't that many apps and u have to pay for almost all the apps
