😮💨 what a masculine approach this is sometimes a good motivational tool (pls click thru to read the whole thread bc cam does explain the nuance) but we all need plenty of tools in the motivational toolbox 🧰 alternative: recalling past successes provides a source of Power esp for those of us who have been historically disempowered there’s no need to stop being a little bitch if we recall that we are not that in the first place, that’s a cognitive illusion
