substack’s pivot is a symptom to a real problem it’s tough to make money solely as a long-form writer, and finding “pmf” as a writer involves trying diff kinds of strategies even successful writers need to go on tours, sell courses etc therefore creator platforms need to provide more models of success 1/n

oops I said 2/2 😂 of course I want to add one more example @ispeaknerd.eth is a friend I first came across thru his longform writing on @paragraph , and now all his work on /tabletop (real life events, streams, casts) integrates nicely with his longform writing on the farcaster ecosystem
