It’s so good. 
I try to make extra tortilla dough and keep it inside a Pyrex —in the fridge, and then just pop out the dough and roll it out for quick tacos or pizzas or quesadillas 

I try to multitask where I can. But I do enjoy — and need — extended periods of mono-tasks.
