What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

When the governance structure is templated, like democratic one token, one vote, my excitement goes down the drain. I get excited when a project instantly involves its community and approaches governance with experimentation and iteration at its core.
