Hello, I'm not quite sure if I'm doing it right but it seems that I can't access it even I've already added it to my extensions

It's just because in order to use the extension you have to be on a block explorer looking at a transaction. When you do, the extension will light up in color.

See the circle logo in the bottom right corner? Click that and it should pull up.
