Anyone can recommend on how to >start< getting fit? Ever since Covid I gained a lot of weight. Went from a total stick to being 98kg. I'm not really interested in growing a lot of muscles or turning into a gym bro, just really want to lose some weight and gain more endurance. Is doing this bike/cycle thing enough?

Work on your mindset. The moment you get a healthy mindset it will start forcing you to have a healthy body. It is important to start slow with changing your mindset and life. Step by step that is the easier way to get used to it and the routine.

What I do is: Every morning: Meditate Read my goals (that keeps you focused on them) write what i have on my mind read 30 minutes from a book that helps you in life (like mindset books/ biographies)

Every evening: exercise just before you sleep Read my goals Write what I am thankful for that day( this gives you a happy feeling when you go to bed and you wake up the next morning how you went to bed)

Look this is all I do now but I started step by step. it is important to create a routine in everything that makes it a lot easier
