idea for nouner scout round - abstract away the prop house ux for the proposer. ye or ne?

Is there any benefit to this being nominations rather than putting oneself up for it? Similar to how props went up for recent noun recipients. 

I mean I'm not against this self nod path (I put it in my prop 😅 ) but highlighting others feels like an interesting mechanic already in play.

Ah very good points! Similar to why I put it in my prop, it's saying, "put me in coach, I want to play!"

i think nominations are great when there is extreme high trust (ie we know verbs, noundry artists would _want_ to play nouns).. nominating someone without their explicit signal to want to play isn't great. we likely end up giving vitalik a noun when he doesn't care for it
