posting to just your friends is not enough anymore, people get bored and want more

Small improvement to Trending feed algorithm on Warpcast

Made a few changes over the weekend and today, should be a bit better as a placeholder going forward.

Need something better long term that boosts new interesting accounts. Will continue to iterate.
