I see degen has an announcement of an l3 and I’ll be interested to see what that actually means in that context. FWIW I think farcaster has a legit claim to being the first l3 as it is organized as: Mainnet <- optimism <- farcaster

Farcaster is offcain besides your ID and app registration. Moving those to an L3 seems a bit overkill to me
