are there good APIs or SDKs or MCPs or ABCs for building custom smart contracts? idw AI to make anything from scratch and want peace of mind from a credible third party.

custom? i don't think so; the thirdweb supposedly has an mcp, but 1) you need to spin up their $90/mo service, 2) i think you can only deploy their out-of-the-box stuff
