$100 to create ghiblipunks nft collection on base

make them based on the og collection 

supply 10,000

airdrop them equally (not proportionally) to the owners of the zoin linked below

equally means whether someone owns $100 worth of the zoin or $0.10 they should get the same number of punks

that number should be 10,000 divided by the # of zoin holders

moreover, i propose that other $GHIBLIFY owners add on as well (even if just $1 in $GHIBLIFY) by replying below

clearly a ghiblipunks collection airdropped to all $GHIBLIFY owners would be good for the token by @nounishprof 

and my original bounty should be modified the airdrop should go to all $GHIBLIFY holders (~3,000) not just the holders of my ghiblipunks zoin (~50).

so that would mean 3 punks per holder if airdropped now, maybe more likely 1-2 per by tomorrow, which is kinda perfect
