whoa, from hawaii and never thought i’d see the day a Civil Beat article was posted here if it wasn’t me casting it. i’ve actually written about crypto for them before. 

Papahānaumokuākea is home to >7k species, some rare and endangered. not to mention hawaiians rely heavily on the ocean for food and sustenance. 

locals will oppose this tooth and nail, it won’t go down without a fight.

And I believe most Americans oppose this.

all the more reason for non-government reasons to protect and invest in nature

Any advice on effective methods of resisting these orders? Not Hawaiian but have seen similar orders directed at the mountains in my area
