City got overwhelmed by too many graphic designers here and said 🙂‍↔️

Ours is always pretty blah, but we do have some nice vanity plates last I checked

I wish they would have just stuck with the black/yellow, which had a cool don’t-mess-with-NY vibe. The newer ones are really bad and could be mistaken for any random state.
