a clear example of how real users suffer from the shadowban system:

@uistephen registered just yesterday. he's a designer who creates quality work. 100% not a bot.

and his account is already shadowbanned. his likes don't show up on posts, and his comments are hidden under the 'see more replies' section.

the question is: if a user experiences this kind of treatment from a social network on their very first day after registering, what impression might they form?
