Is there a way to get the ‘main feed’ for a given channel? Or are we waiting for channels to decentralise?

"main" feed is specific to Warpcast today, they decide the algo. You can get a similar feed from the trending feed API on our end and using a provider like openrank 

Warpcast is soon moving to membership only channels which will create a different flavor of this. We will support that once out.
