Woken up undecided between Einstein and Afghan Girl, which I feel are the two best fit into the collection. 

>AG direct connection to Mona Lisa + my personal favourite of the images 
>Einstein coming directly after the thinker is fun + won the social poll, (though no votes from the community)

Plus their composition fits more harmoniously 

Interestingly both originally works of photo journalism rather than ’art’

Somehow, the science factor of Einstein seems to fit well with the techy community here. That could be a way to go. Then again, the message of Afghan Girl is maybe a very good one to remind people of these days. Plus the refrence to Mona Lisa, another piece of iconic art.
But if I zoom out, and look at both photos "out of focus", I simply like the colours of Afghan girl better.

Personally I'd go with AG, it's like she's staring into your soul
