I feel you! I try two approaches. 

1) create first. It’s my highest priority (usually) so I do this until my family wake up 

2) get everything that must be done that day done. Then create

Sounds right. The priority think is the key for me. And some days it’s not my priority, but if it is then I try to be no excuses.

this is good. i think i usually take the 2nd approach and then the other stuff just distracts me all day long. another issue is that i feel more creative in the evening but sometimes social calendar really gets in the way... i think i need to be better about just setting like 3 hour increments to work
