Can anyone point me to a recent grand vision for Ethereum as expressed by @vitalik.eth? 

Especially interested in how he expresses Ether, the asset, as part of that vision. 

I like thinking about Ether as the quintessence for a hypercivilization; divine, eternal, and incorruptible.  

Just like the ancient Greeks, where I’m sure Vitalik and co got their inspiration. 

Idea guys, start thinking bigger. There’s some intergenerational work to be done for Ethereum to reach its full potential. 

Take etymology for example. There’s an element of truth through consensus that written history can’t offer. 

We’re migrating civilisation to a truth machine. Imagine the profound impacts when we look to the past in order to foresee our future.

If you aren’t somewhat spiritual about this new paradigm, you simply won’t create things people worship. 

Bravo, Ethereum, and those who make it what it is today. Ever so many challenges ahead. But we’ve got this.
