my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

From the beginning I was hoping to see some type of retroactive incentive toward those who tipped their full allocation consistently, like a pay it forward type thing for those who were consistently giving.  Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been rewarded far more than I deserve,  but as time has carried on and the allocation grew smaller regardless of the size of your bag or your activity in the ecosystem and L3 up to that point and became more about follow count…I honestly sort of drifted.  Happy for any type of change.  🎩

Yes. I wish that it wasn't locked and you just got more rewards for the longer you held/staked. Encourage people to hold with a carrot, not a stick. And prevent the huge dips during coordinated unlocks.
