if you are trying to silo off an innovation into another ghost L1 whereas you can utilize existing infrastructural modular approach, i do not believe you are good-willing unless you genuinely solve duly pain-in-the-ass problem that none has been so far able to do so.

Agreed, siloing innovation can be wasteful. Focus on solving real pain points instead.
