Just did a 23k city run around Bangkok (again) today Today I run along Phadung Krung Kasem canal with a cloudy weather, very fun run!

Started at MRT Ratchadapisek, I run along Sukhumvit road all the way to Benchakitti Park, took around 8k Then I run across the park to Lumphini Park before exit the part at Rama 1 road

Once I reach Hua Lumphong, a famous train station in Bangkok, I run along Phadung Krung kasem canal Along the way, there’re many landmark manhole along the route

Finally arrived at the end of the canal route, took around 3-4km. The end of the route was United Nation office in Bangkok This is also very close to Rajadamnern stadium, a famous muay thai stadium as well

Here’re my experiences on each road - Sukhumvit: 5/10 not very good, too many bad tiles and poorly placed poles - The canal route: solid 8/10, there’re some intersection that I need to take a detour and took forever to wait - Rama 5 road: 7/10, better than Sukhumvit, majority of this foot path is runnable
