if I had to summarize the ted playbook it would be:

- making a big bet on farcaster and devoting most (or all) of your energy towards growing it
- thinking through strategy in public and improving as you go along
- not immediately expecting anything in return
- consistently making farcaster a better place

do all of the above for over a year, consistently
