gm Fitcasters! Workout update: Big Pull-up day… last week I used a 40lb DB for my pull/ups for 2 rounds… today, I’m going for 60lb for 2rounds *(4x reps with a tempo of explode up/2sec hold/2sec down) Overall workout for today: Metabolic focus What’s your game plan in the gym today?
