I wonder what is section 230 for crypto apps and asset ownership?

I know section 230, but it was related to content writing.

Are we going to have something similar regarding asset ownership?

What if the asset creators are liable for fraudulent assets, rather than the platform?!

I don’t think so. 
Ownership is still based on smart contracts and blockchain rules, i even thought this might have happened this morning and checked it, but i couldn’t find any news.
