I'm in a weird situation. 

I have a wallet with WETH and have no way to swap it into ETH. 

Sending it... requires ETH. 

Swapping it... requires ETH. 

I don't want to transfer in ETH from another wallet to maintain anonymity. 

What are my options?

Buy some ETH from centralized exchange and send it to that wallet. 

You may be able to use something like @coinbasewallet or @undefined  It may compromise some identity in the event of the data breach.
