What would be the best resource to learn more about that?

It really depends on the project, e.g., B2B vs. B2C, early vs. late, etc., making it hard to give a one-size-fits-all answer.

Focusing on my founder journey, though, it took me a while to understand the importance of psychographic segmentation instead of basic demographics. Once I started defining customers this way, it became much easier to think creatively about how to acquire them and come up with highly efficient growth hacking techniques.
