I just bought 2,000,000 $ANON :) That’s 1/500th of the supply and makes me a top 100 holder. It also enables me to promote casts to X. As someone who has operated pseudonymously on the internet for 5+ years using only my first name, I believe in privacy-preserving technologies. And I am happy to bet on @slokh.

2M is a nonarbitrary amount based on the promote/delete permissions threshold. It also conveniently puts me in the top 100 holders which I like. I bought some $ANON early when someone launched anoncolors.com integrating base colors and wished I had bought more as I watched the price skyrocket thereafter. Now it is below the price I could have bought at that time and in absolute terms $4M feels like a low valuation for this. If this was a startup raising with a SAFE it would have at least a $10M valuation and likely much greater. And unlike a startup investment it is liquid. Lastly I had a great conversation with @slokh on /purplepeople early on, I am bullish on him personally, and the rate at which he is shipping quality material updates, especially to start this year, has been extraordinary. There are likely other contributing factors in addition to these and any others in this thread. Ultimately, it’s a gut call.

Also, I'm a believer in $anon, too. My reasons are very similar. My biggest one is that I'm bullish on @slokh and the team.
