Most DAOs have voting issues. How would you resolve it?

Snapshot.box gives you a tab of voter activity. I was thinking about incentivizing voters by distributing some tokens or NFTs to top proposers/voters

DeFi maxi. Building @basketdotfarm on @base.

Very hard problem to solve. First problem is we want to get more people to vote. Maybe some Vote 2 Earn type incentive could be dope
