Starting the treadmill runs. Open to any suggestions.... Techniques ?! Shoes ?! Exercises ?!

Start at lower speed. Don't be too eager at beginning. On treadmill you can probably run without shoes if you change your running style a bit (not heal based). You can probably add a tablet to that and have a great watch party at the same time.

Perfect. I'm running at a brisk walk speed of 3-4 right now. From time to time I switch it to 6 for 1 minute and then get back to 3-4. Total of 15-20 minutes a day. I never thought of running without shoes. But I may try that. A mind distraction is a must. I have started making a list of things I desperately want to watch, but I'll only watch it on the treadmill. Right now watching https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nH7dgUq5Qe4. I haven't watched it in 10 years!!

That is an awesome idea. I rewatch old shows to fall asleep, but maybe I should switch to the treadmill (only have a walking mill here though)
