I spent about 9 minutes writing and responding to this question prompt on anky.bot, which brought back a recent memory I was trying to forget. I had never felt fear like I did that day.

I noticed that if I take more than a few seconds to gather my thoughts, it automatically asks me to cast.

the timer is set to 8 seconds in between keystrokes. that's when the session ends and it asks you to cast.

how did it feel to go back to that fear? what did writing about it bring to your relationship with that situation?
