“proof of work” (running, biking, walking, etc.) to enter contests/challenges seems like a win win - get folks using your app - fun way to increase engagement - participants can win something *on top* of being active physically @blobs is fun, and I’ve always enjoyed Strava doing the same to unlock discounts
