I’ve usually put in a couple minutes of time at least before I post in this channel each morning. But today we’re just gonna wing it. 

See I had a horrible night sleep again with another migraine, and gave me a super slow start.  Notifs still pending no time to vibe 💔🧘‍♀️📲

The good news is Advil works. Now I have a couple errands to run and then I’m 🤞🏼going to try to trade my car in for a newer version.

I’m already feeling better 😊 .  I think it was dehydrated didn’t eat well over the weekend and I have a problem with hyper mobility and ligament laxity so my joints are pretty much mushy.  I’m not sure what I did, but boy did it kick my ass  ￼
