1/3 Hey everyone, I’m beyond frustrated with these Degen L3 issues. Bugs like this should never happen, especially when user funds are involved. If you’ve faced a similar problem, I’ll create a form to ensure everyone gets refunded!

I've been through this problem, too. I used the Relay Bridge site. I've come back on this, Nobody listened to me. I'm glad you're going to refund the lost amount. However, it took me a week to get my Degen chain degen, so I couldn't do anything.

First of all, let me apologize on behalf of Degen and all parties providing services. It’s not acceptable that you had to go through this. Is the issue with the Relay bridge related to the outage, or is it a separate problem? @relay

Oh, the translation may have been wrong. Using the bridge on the official website Part of my degen has been tied up for a week. We were going to build an additional bridge, I said it would be less than my degen. Thus, the rest of Degen was done through a relay. Relay was no problem.
