Are you in Japan? The white liver(白レバー)is the best of all yakitori! The oily liver reminds me of foie gras! If you get a chance, try it!

I am! Heading out tomorrow, we were served two pieces of liver during this experience. One was made into a mousse and the other was bbq. I can not confirm if I did try it lol. I will keep an eye out
