🇫🇷So, how did I end up in Paris?
In 2019, I met this French guy on the dance floor at Public Records in Brooklyn. The next day, he asked me to “do the brunch” (insert thick accent), and I said yes. Three weeks later, I flew to Paris. Three weeks after that, he flew to NYC.
I had a yoga retreat in Morocco at the end of March (we're doing it again soon), so I figured, why not stop in Paris first? A week later, the world went into lockdown. My whole life exploded, but we fell in love—a bright spot in the middle of the chaos. It worked out. We’re married now, and I’m about to celebrate five years in Paris. Voilà.
