That's what I hate the most when I lose my routine & realize I can't lift the weights I prev did.. so, I guess it's either never take a break (hard) or you gotta put in the work again - might feel hard initially but I believe muscle memory is also strong and you get quickly back to prev levels :) 420 $degen to aim higher ↑

you’re absolutely right! it takes more effort to get going again, but soon enough muscle memory kicks in. we end up getting stronger in the long run with those breaks of rest
