attention /costco shoppers, i just noticed today that 🚾 removed `rules` for channels so am taking the opportunity to make some updates:

1. this channel is for sharing costco appreciation, store & product alpha and cart pics
2. cart pics get tips
3. like the store, this channel is members-only
4. membership cards can be minted via link in channel details (DC me once minted for an invite)
