You have to internalize that the desire of wanting is better than having. I realize every time I over eat, I feel disgusted & feel terrible. BUT, if I just eat enough, the desire to want more is actually better than becoming satisfied. Satisfaction is overrated.

That actually makes sense, what a good analogy for me 🫡 I also came from a place where i used to overeat anything i really like, took me years to overcome that.
