Get a Baratza Encore; it'll get the job done from french press to moka pot. Any finer and you'll need espresso specific.

You can also upgrade the burrs.

& finally, start sifting your grounds before you brew pour over or coarser; it removes the fines reducing over extraction & a cleaner taste

Oh, that is a GOOD point; I do not but I don't strive for perfection just for excellence. 
So as long as I'm at like 80% in achieving the best brew then everything else is incremental gains. I gotta know when to set boundaries for my own sanity.

Yes! I notice a difference in the speed for the water to go through the grounds & also in taste.

I have very fine mesh sieve that is small; so I don't use the sifter I linked. I just sift directly in the sink and wash away the fines.

I’ve never used a sifter. Do you notice a difference?

Had one of these in Austin, kinda sad I let it go now....
