Prioritizing comfort~

First time seeing the menstrual phase message in the Oura ring app!

Do any of you use period tracking apps (or health tracking apps that also measure menstrual phases?) 

Given the current issues around body autonomy I’m quite torn 🫣 lucky to live in a democratic state most of the time

I did what I was taught in school 😅 I put a period on my calendar; I still use a large wall calendar in the kitchen. I haven't had serious pain, etc. so I'm not tracking symptoms just the start & end dates.

The nurse who came to talk about the bodies changes and they split the boys and the girls 😆 yeah I remember she said (pre-smartphones) just put a dot in your planner then you'll know when you start and end. Simple, easy, I do it 😂
